Ongoing risk management checks
Once all pre-event actions have been completed the event is ready to proceed. However, the monitoring of risk must continue during the event.

Event running sheet
A running sheet sets the timing and sequence of the event so that the event organiser, event staff and volunteers and others know what is happening and when. A good running sheet includes a timeline of the event.
