Fines, Penalties and Internal Reviews of Infringements

If you have received an Infringement Notice or Penalty Reminder Notice issued by Loddon Shire Council, you can apply to have your fine reviewed. This type of review is called an Internal Review.
You can request only one internal review for each infringement. The application form to request an internal review is located at the bottom of this page.
