The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2012
The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2012 (Vic) continues the objectives of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 (which was repealed with the introduction of the Protected Disclosure Act).
Public Interest Disclosure Coordinator
A public office is required to have a Public Interest Disclosure Coordinator, who will have a central role in managing public interest disclosures.
