Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) and Council's Community Engagement Policy of Council’s intention to purchase:
2 St Arnaud Road, Wedderburn VIC 3518 – Allot. 73F Sec. U TOWNSHIP OF WEDDERBURN
Should any person be affected by Council’s proposed purchase of this property in this matter, you are requested to make a written submission.
Submissions must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer via email executive@loddon.vic.gov.au or Loddon Shire Council PO Box 21, Wedderburn VIC 3518.
