Notice is hereby given Pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 of Council’s intention to sell the following properties.
- 25 Ridge Street - all that piece of land being Lot 3 on Plan of Subdivision 406475N, being the land more particularly described as Certificate of Title Volume 10164 and Folio 429.
- 28 Ridge Street Wedderburn – 5\PS636975
Council will consider submissions Pursuant to Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 in relation to the sale of these properties. Submissions must be in writing and received no later than Monday 3 August 2020. Those wishing to express interest to purchase one of these properties should include this in their submission.
