Council is seeking the appointment of one community member to its Audit and Risk Committee.
The position has become vacant due to normal rotation of membership, and is for the four year period of 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2025.
The Audit and Risk Committee, which consists of four community members and one Councillor, meets on a quarterly basis. An allowance is payable to community members of the committee.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have expertise in financial management and/or risk management, and/or experience in public sector management, and have a strong community minded focus.
