Standpipe Closure Notice

This is to notify all customers of standpipe facilities owned and managed by Loddon Shire Council of the following resolutions:
- On February 2016, Council resolved to remove the existing standpipe facility at Shelbourne (Shelbourne Rd, 1km east of Eastville Rd)
- On June 2016, Council resolved to remove the existing standpipe facilities at Bridgewater (corner of Bridgewater-Dunnolly Rd and Memsie La) and Serpentine (Chapel St)
Standpipes located in the towns of Wedderburn, Inglewood, Tarnagulla, Mitiamo and Pyramid Hill will continue to operate. In addition, the overhead fill point of all the remaining standpipes will be removed. Customers are advised to make necessary arrangements to ensure that water can be filled using the low fill point.
The changes to the standpipe facilities will come into effect on 30 September 2016.
