Register your event for the 2018-2019 Calendar of Events brochure

Published on 12 February 2018

Organisers of events in the Loddon Shire have until Wednesday 14 March to ensure their event is listed in Council’s 2018-2019 Calendar of Events brochure.

Council’s Tourism and Marketing Officer Robyn Vella said organisers could register their event through Council’s website by submitting an online form.

“By listing an event in Council’s Calendar of Events brochure, it helps give your event wider exposure through Council’s media and marketing promotions,” Mrs Vella said.

“The event brochure is not only available through Council’s website, but there is a range of opportunities to further promote major events in our region.

“For example, copies of the Calendar of Events brochure are provided to Loddon tourism operators, Visitor Information Centres and tourism and marketing expos around the state.

“What’s more, the brochure is a great way to promote the Loddon Shire region to visitors and potential new residents.”

Mrs Vella added that when submitting events for the register it was important to include full details of the event and an image.

“Along with a great write up detailing your event, inspiring images are a fantastic way to help promote your event.
