Public Notice – road closure at Leaghur

In accordance with Section 12 of the Road Management Act 2004, the Loddon Shire Council hereby provides the notice that it is considering the discontinuance of the section of Wilkinsons Road between Parkers Road and Frosts Lane at Leaghur and its subsequent removal from Council’s Register of Public Roads.

Any person wishing to make a submission in respect to the proposed closure must do so in writing no later than close of business on Friday 3 March 2017.

Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Loddon Shire Council, PO Box 21, Wedderburn VIC 3518. Any person who wishes to address Council in respect of their submission must make this request in writing at the time of lodging the submission.
