Public Notice - Closure of Loddon River for Australian Masters Ski Event 2015

Loddon Shire Council, under request from the Bridgewater Water Ski Club, hereby give notice under section 203 of the Marine Safety Act 2010, that the operation of skiing/boating activities not involved with the Australian Masters Event 2015 on the Loddon River are prohibited from entering and remaining in the waters of the Loddon River at the Exclusive Use and Special Purpose Area as gazetted in the Waterway Rules Schedule 62 clause 62.7 between 8.00am and 7.00pm on 24 - 25 January 2015 inclusive.

At the completion of this event the waters will revert to the provisions of Schedule 62 contained in the Vessel Operating and Zoning Rules for Victorian Waters July 2010.
