Notice of proposal to sell property

Notice is hereby given Pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 of Council’s intention to sell the following property.

•     Bridgewater-Dunolly Road, Arnold - Lot 1 TP549980 (former St Mary’s Church)

Council will consider submissions pursuant to Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 in relation to the sale of this property. Submissions must be in writing and received no later than Monday 8 October 2018.

Potential purchasers are urged to discuss the property with Council staff prior to making a submission to ensure they are aware of any specific requirements that would apply in relation to developing the property.

Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer Loddon Shire Council PO Box 21 Wedderburn Vic 3518.
