Notice is hereby given Pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 of Council’s intention to sell the following property.

Council will consider submissions Pursuant to Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 in relation to the sale of this property. Submissions must be in writing and received no later than Friday 6 October 2017.
