Notice of proposal to sell Council property

Notice is hereby given Pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 of Council’s intention to sell Boort Industrial Estate land, Lot 2 Industrial Estate Road, Lot 3 and 4 McMillans Road, Boort.

Council will consider submissions pursuant to Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 in relation to the sale of this property. Submissions must be in writing and received no later than Tuesday 3 January 2017. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Loddon Shire Council, PO Box 21, Wedderburn, 3518.
