Notice of proposal to sell Council property - Boort

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 of Council’s intention to sell the following properties.

  • Lot 1 TP392352, 105 Godfrey Street Boort

Council will consider submissions pursuant to Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 in relation to the sale of this property. Submissions must be in writing and received no later than Monday 23 March 2015.

Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer Loddon Shire Council PO BOX 21 Wedderburn Vic 3518.
