Notice of Proposal to Sell Land – Reef Street Wedderburn

Notice is hereby given Pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 of Council’s intention to sell two parcels forming property at 27 Reef Street, Wedderburn (Crown allotment 6 sec L fronting Wilson Street and Crown allotment 2 sec L fronting Reef Street).

Council will consider submissions Pursuant to Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 in relation to the sale of these properties. Submissions must be in writing and received no later than Monday 14 August 2017.

Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer Loddon Shire Council PO BOX 21 Wedderburn Vic 3518.
