Notice is hereby given Pursuant to Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 of Council’s intention to sell the following property.

• Lot 28 LP8458, Lot 29 LP8458 and Lot 1 TP859198, 9 Frances Lane Mitiamo

Council will consider submissions Pursuant to Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 in relation to the sale of this property. Submissions must be in writing and received no later than Tuesday 23 February 2016.
