The land affected by the application is Crown Allotment 14 Section B and lot 1 PS 340283 known as 4067 Pyramid Yarraberb Road, Sebastian.

The application is for the use and development of the land for as a Renewable Energy Facility (200 MW solar farm) and Utility Installation (substation) and associated buildings and works, removal of native vegetation and business identification signage.

The application number is 5414.
