Business recovery and resilience mentoring
The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has partnered with the Victorian Government to deliver a business mentoring program to help small businesses navigate the economic challenges posed by COVID-19 restrictions.
Eligible business owners will be matched with an experienced professional who will provide them with up to four one-on-one mentoring sessions over a three-month period. Each session will last for two hours. Mentoring sessions will be conducted by phone, video conferencing and if appropriate, face-to-face.
The program will offer guidance on business recovery, market transformation, digital literacy and engagement, market and supply chain diversification, and reskilling and retraining.
