NOTICE OF BOATING ACTIVITY EXCLUSION ZONE

I, Daniel Lloyd, Environment & Public Space Coordinator, Loddon Shire Council, the declared Waterway Manager for the Loddon River (at Bridgewater between Flour Mill Weir and Sweeney’s Lane), hereby give notice under section 208(2) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 that all persons and vessels not registered to participate in the Bendigo Canoe Club event between the hours of 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on 22 and 23 October 2016, are prohibited from entering and remaining in the waters of the Loddon River at Bridgewater between the Calder Highway Bridge and the boat ramp at Sweeney’s Lane.
