Notice of Approval of Amendment
Amendment C40

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C40 to the Loddon Planning Scheme.
The Amendment comes into operation on the date this notice is published in the Victoria
Government Gazette (24 January 2019).
The Amendment rezones 2.7 hectares of land known as Lots 1, 2 and 3, PS 608853, Treloar
Street, Serpentine, from Township Zone to Industrial 3 Zone.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Environment,
Land, Water and Planning website at www.planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection and free of
charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Loddon Shire Council, 41 High Street, Wedderburn.
