Notice of Approval of Amendment
Amendment C30

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C30 to the Loddon Planning Scheme.

The Amendment comes into operation on the date this notice is published in the Government Gazette.

The Amendment amends the Boort Structure Plan at Clause 21.04 of the Loddon Planning Scheme to remove reference to land at Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 PS615690 and Lot 3 PS442836 McMillans Road (Boort–Kerang Road), Boort, as a future residential growth area and rezones the land from Township Zone to Industrial 3 Zone.

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Transport, Planning and Local Infrastructure website at www.dpcd.vic.gov.au/planning/publicinspection and  free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Loddon Shire Council, 41 High Street, Wedderburn.
