DECLARATION OF BOATING ACTIVITY EXEMPTION 5 March 2014

I, Mr. Darren Schultz, Building & Contracts Officer, Loddon Shire Council, (the Waterway Manager for the Loddon River (at Bridgewater between Flour Mill Weir and Sweeney’s Lane)), declare under section 203(3) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic) that the person/s and vessel/s involved in the Victorian State Emergency Service Welfare Fund Raising Event 2014 on Wednesday 5 March 2014, between the hours of 9.30 am and 10.30 am, are exempt from the waterway rules as detailed in Schedule 62 of the Notice under Section 15 of the Marine Act 2010 for those waters of the Loddon River  between the Calder Highway Bridge and the southernmost boat ramp at the Bridgewater Public Caravan Park.
