I, Darren Schultz, Building & Contracts Officer, of Loddon Shire Council, Waterway Manager for the Loddon River (at Bridgewater between Flour Mill Weir and Sweeney’s Lane), hereby give notice under section 208(2) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic) that all persons and vessels not participating in the Bridgewater & Netball Club 2016 Triathlon from 6.00am to 11.00am on Sunday 7 February 2016 are prohibited from entering and remaining in the waters of the Loddon River at Bridgewater from the Calder Highway Bridge to the main boat ramp at the Bridgewater Public Caravan Park.
