Council’s customer service workshops deferred

Due to tomorrow’s forecast of a significant weather event, Loddon Shire Council wishes to advise that the customer service community workshops scheduled for tomorrow (Friday 1 December) have been deferred.

The workshops will now be held on Wednesday 6 December at:

• Inglewood Town Hall from 10am to 12pm
• Tarnagulla Senior Citizens Centre from 2pm to 4pm

The community workshops are an opportunity for residents to provide their ideas around Council’s customer service and how it could be improved. The workshops follow on from the customer service survey.

Feedback received from the surveys and the upcoming community workshops will help Council to develop its Customer Service Strategy and Customer Service Charter.
