2019 Community Satisfaction Survey underway

Loddon Shire is asking residents to take the time to provide their feedback if they receive a phone call survey regarding Council’s performance.

The 2019 Loddon Shire Community Satisfaction Survey will involve phone surveys to randomly selected households in the Shire. Council is aiming to receive over 400 responses.

The survey will be undertaken on behalf of Council by JWS Research, commencing in the week beginning 30 September 2019.

Council’s Acting Chief Executive Officer Steven Phillips encouraged selected households to take part in the Community Satisfaction Survey.

“The survey is an opportunity for our residents to provide feedback to Council regarding its services and other issues,” Mr Phillips said.

“If your household is selected to take part in the Community Satisfaction Survey you have the perfect opportunity to have your say on the Council services that matter most to you.

“The survey doesn’t take long and the input provided is valuable in terms of helping Council to improve future service provision,” he added.

If your household has received a survey and you would like more information, please call Council on 5494 1200.
