Loddon Shire is asking residents to take the time to provide their feedback if they receive a survey regarding Council’s performance.
The 2018 Loddon Shire Community Satisfaction Survey will involve phone, online and mail surveys to randomly selected households in the Shire. Council is aiming to receive 400 responses.
The survey, which runs until April 2018, will be undertaken on behalf of Council by Key Research Group.
Households chosen for the survey will have the option to fill out a paper survey or complete the survey online.
Council’s Chief Executive Officer Phil Pinyon encouraged selected households to take part in the Community Satisfaction Survey.
“The survey is an opportunity for our residents to provide feedback to Council regarding its services and other issues,” Mr Pinyon said.
“If your household is selected to take part in the Community Satisfaction Survey you have the perfect opportunity to have your say on the Council services that matter most to you.
“The survey doesn’t take long to complete and the input provided is valuable in terms of helping Council to improve future service provision,” he added.
