Emergency service organisations play a vital role in helping in a crisis, volunteers are the back bone to many of these organisations and new volunteers are welcome at any time.

Volunteering with an emergency service agency can be a very rewarding experience, you will gain valuable experience and skills. This will mean that in a time of crisis you will have the skills to help your family, friends, neighbours and community.

Within Loddon Shire the following Emergency Service agencies operate.

Ambulance Victoria - Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Ambulance Community Officers (ACO)

Becoming a member of your local CERT/ACO team, you will gain valuable lifesaving skills and contribute to the provision of a quality Health Service for the residents of Loddon.
