Inglewood District Historical Society

The Society is a member of Western Victoria Association of Historical Societies. The Society obtained tenancy of the Historic Courthouse, which closed in 1983. This magnificent building of red local brick, was built in 1866, and has more than stood the test of time, being in excellent condition some 134 years on, the original furnishings have been retained. In 1993 the building was completely restored inside, being tastefully decorated in it's original colour scheme.

The Society meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.30 pm at the Inglewood Courthouse, Southey Street.
